We have had some unpleasant experiences with RE Agents in the past 2 years and, understandably, feel we can never be sure if we are being given honest and genuine information but with Thomas we think that perhaps we have found an Agent that says it as it is and we did feel comfortable with him. Thomas provided feedback throughout the negotiations which was greatly appreciated.
This was the second house that Tom sold for us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him. He went above and beyond for both houses and made the sale process very personable. He is extremely hard working, provides great advice throughout the process and keeps you informed every step of the way.

Thomas was a great agent to help me sell my unit. He provided good options and provided reasoning for why he thought things would help sell my unit. He negotiated things that would help me sell my unit and also was quick to communicate things that needed decisions or gave his opinion in terms of what he thought would help make the place look and feel better. His knowledge was good but he was also realistic about what is likely to happen. All in all a great experience and would not hesitate in recommending Thomas.
