Thomas was always available to answer any questions no matter what day – and even when he was on holidays. The sale was finalised in about three weeks and Thomas was always available when problems arose. Thomas' energy was such that he made the Energiser Bunny look as though he was moving in slow motion. I highly recommend Thomas as an agent because he truly cares about both sellers and purchasers.

Thomas assisted us greatly in selling our unit in Como, Perth. He is a very pleasant, engaging person, who puts both seller and prospective buyers at ease. Importantly, he listens and responds appropriately, and is not pushy. Some agents put prospective buyers off, but not Thomas. He provided sound advice regarding presentation of the unit, and negotiation of sale price and contract clauses. He was extremely helpful when it came to ensuring the property was well presented when inspections were occurring (e.g as the unit was vacant and we lived a long way away, he would ensure that paths were swept before inspections, and all was neat and tidy). Nothing seemed too much trouble for him e.g. he got up in to the room space to confirm to the buyers that there was insulation in the roof, when we could not quite remember if there was or wasn't. We would certainly use Thomas again to sell property for us, if he was available.
