Thomas has been known to me as an agent for several years and has always spent plenty of time developing his relationship with me and understanding my property needs. This is the first time I have transacted anything with him and he was professional and available throughout. He has a great sense of humour and is very easy to deal with. Sadly the property I purchased as an investment was being managed by his agencies rental department with tenants in place. Lovely tenants who I kept on. The rental department of Belle property are probably the most poorly organised, understaffed, rude and frankly incompetent agency I have ever encountered. I repeatedly had to endlessly chase them about rent they owed me, repeatedly explain the house had been sold (yep, by their agency!) as they kept calling me the wrong name. Turns out they had refused to fix anything the tenant asked to have fixed like broken laundry taps. Absolutely slum landlords, ignoring maintenance requests. Reception was always filthy when I went in and reception girls didn’t care. So five stars for Thomas but for the love of god move to a decent agency.
