Thomas Massam

Started well but communication wasn't always timely. Post sale there was not much follow up. Buyer contacted us directly after the sale upset we hadnt left certain furniture they were told by agent was staying....we never agreed to any of this!!!! Left a bad impression on us.

We have known Thomas for years, he sold our Greenwood home in 1985, and found him to be honest and reliable. His actions in selling our Doubleview property were first class and he obtained us a price well in excess of what we thought that we would get for the property. Would definitely recommend Thomas to others.

The problem with our sale was the length of time waiting for the buyers finance to be approved,returning early from two holidays to sign papers it didn't go too smoothly and we would have taken the house off the market in April if it wasn't settled. Nothing Thomas could have done about all this just frustrating for us, we tried to help the buyers every way we could to make things happen for them
