Whilst there was enormous interest, we were kept realistic with market expectations. It was disappointing that the market has come down, but this is out of our control. We appreciated the advice to hold tight to the 1.5 - 1.6 mill reserve and were great relieved when buyers came in at the reserve and that auction conditions were adhered to before the second auction.
