Thomas Nash

Tom is an agent you can trust to work hard to get the price you want. And his professionalism did not stop there. When my unit flooded after contract exchange while I was overseas, Tom put in many hours handling the body corporate , insurance assessor and repairers. And also during settlement he assisted the purchaser to plan their kitchen renovations. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom as an agent who will go above and beyond to get you the right price, and help you through any difficulties that might arise.

Tom was a great help with organising and seeing the property and was very flexible with everything. Very easy process with great agents!

Tom is a very trustworthy agent. He was really helpful and professional during the whole process of purchasing the house. Both he and James Campbell did their best to close the deal and to make sure both parties are happy. We also received a complimentary gift from them after settling down into our house, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, we recommend Tom and Soames Real Estate.
