I am sorry to hear you guys feel this way. I pride myself in giving first class service, this is evident in my previous 8 years of real estate, and previous client reviews and testimonials. I felt I went over and above with this sale, handling multiple requests from your Bank for extensions on the finance condition due to their requirements for rural land purchases. I had to be in daily contact with your mortgage broker, due to all the requests for finance extensions, which is not breaching confidentially, it is part of my job to ensure a successful purchase for the buyer which in turns ensures a successful sale for the seller. I also had to relay information to the Seller, and continue to convince her that this contract of sale was really going to eventually settle and get across the line, and thus hold the contract together for both the Buyers and Seller. All this as well as handling a high level of enquiry from prospective buyers, some of which were cash buyers, who were continually contacting me about this property.
I did receive an extremely positive review with a 5 Star rating from the Seller with this sale.
