From the first to the last contact made with Tom Pelosi for the sale our family home we felt totally at ease due to Tom’s genuine approach, professionalism, honesty and flexibility. Tom knew selling our home had emotion connected and did not once underestimate the power of this whilst remaining professional throughout a challenging time in the market. Tom never missed a phonecall, email or time for both us and the interested Buyers. His guidance and knowledge was outstanding and we appreciate all of his hard work and dedication in achieving an outstanding result at auction. We would not hesitate in recommending Tom to anyone and would use him again without hesitation. Thank you Tom, Belle Illawarra are lucky to have you!
