We recently sold our home in Carlingford with Thomas Perram and Edward Chen from Belle Property and had a really positive experience with them from start to finish. From our first meeting, we found him incredibly easy to work with - knowledgeable and confident, without the overly salesy approach you can sometimes get in real estate. What really stood out was the guidance and communication throughout the campaign. Tom gave us clear advice on what was worth doing to the property before going to market, from minor renovations through to presentation, to give us the best chance of a great result. We were kept informed every week, always understood the strategy and felt they had a really good read on buyer feedback and how the campaign was progressing. It’s a challenging market to sell in and I think that’s when you really see the value of an experienced agent who knows how to manage a campaign, communicate with buyers and navigate negotiations versus other agents who just open the door at inspections. Tom was strategic, realistic and calm throughout. On auction day especially, we felt we were in very good hands and never pressured into making a decision. We achieved a result we were happy with given the market and, importantly, within the timeframe we needed. The rest of the team are amazing too - Edward was always friendly, responsive and prompt, Julieanne was incredibly professional, and the stylists and tradespeople the team recommended were absolutely worth using. Selling a home can be stressful, but Tom and the team made the whole process feel remarkably manageable. We always felt informed, supported and looked after, and would happily recommend them to anyone selling in Carlingford.
