My original choice of agent was Thomas, due to the recommendation from a neighbour and their successful property sale. At the same time my daughter suggested getting quotes from other agents, which I did. Each had a different approach and were very nice, but I still felt in the end that Thomas offered the best programme to suit my situation. He was confident that he had a potential client list suitable for Off Market, so I was happy to try each sales option with the results extremely positive.
