5 star experience with a 5 star agent

We chose Tom primarily because he was highly recommended. He let us know from the outset it would be a difficult sale, which we were already aware of. He never gave us cause to regret that decision. He was so professional but at the same time so friendly. He always kept us informed, was truthful and never tried to bamboozle us. We look on him as a friend now.
