High energy and optimistic

I entered the sale market expecting to be encouraged to lower my expectations and be encouraged to sell fast. Tom approached my house with a vision being willing to wait to get a better price, which he achieved and delivered on verses my own market review and expectations. I’m glad to see the effort and open communication he put forward throughout the sales process. I’m so happy with the process I intend to work with Tom again in the future.
