I consulted Thomas Wong's services to sell a 1-bedroom student apartment. I knew it wasn't going to be the easiest task, and the process took about 9 months before we found a buyer. There was challenges along the way with buyers pulling out, lack of information coming through, radio silence for periods of time. More communication would have been nice to set expectations and develop strategies to find a buyer and sell at the best price, but I also understand that this was a fixed commission and a small job so wasn't going to be worth his time compared to other clients. In the end I'm glad he was able to sell, but not sure if I'd go to Thomas again if I needed to sell another property.
