Right from the start, working with Thomas Wong showed that a caring, personable and knowledgeable agent was looking after us. Thomas went above and beyond from the first engagement to the final handover, even bringing a leaf blower to the property to do the best he can. He helped us get the property up to a very presentable standard, advised clearly and expertly on marketing strategy, dealt with prospective purchasers using firmness but in kid gloves , and took us to the sale without pressuring us but presenting everything with clarity. He even celebrated the sale with us as a friend. I had used large agencies previously to sell other properties, but the personal service and effort we recieved from this agency was another level. Thomas is a wonderful agent but an even better person, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to help arrange and negotiate an exciting and profitable property transaction.
