I was very satisfied with Tiago's approach to selling our apartment. Before our property was advertised, Tiago contacted me several times to chase down some paper work that was required and, despite this being burdensome to him, he was always polite about it. Once the property was advertised he kept me up to date with progress and when we had an offer he discussed it with me and made sure he understood the extent to which we were prepared to accommodate the people making the offer. In our case this involved getting the power put on so that the potential purchasers could check the inbuilt appliances and following this getting the air conditioning units serviced. He arranged the latter for us. I felt that he treated both the vendors and potential purchasers with appropriate respect and I particularly liked his courteous, non-pushy approach.

My wife and I have been searching for the "right" home for the past 2 Years. We are "empty nesters" but we still wanted a large home so that when our adult children come home they each have their own Bedroom. This was important to us. Also, we wanted a large secluded block in a quiet area of Wodonga but still close to the CBD. Given our requirements, the number of these type of properties is rare. We had contacted all of the local Agents and had informed them of what our specific requests were. So, it was wonderful when Tiago contacted me about this property.
