One issue I found particularly inconsiderate was that, despite repeatedly asking Tiana not to call me during working hours due to the nature of my job, my request was disregarded. I had made it clear that a message or an email would suffice, yet I continued to receive phone calls during those hours, which was both disruptive and frustrating.

By now we have worked with Tiana and George a couple of times. The whole process is smooth and worry free. They are excellent in communication and solving problems (if there is one that popped out) I would definitely recommend them and choose them again in future.
