Tiana is a very impressive young lady, her presentation is immaculate and very knowledgeable with anything we asked her. Tiana goes above and beyond with lots of regular communication keeping you up to date on her every move. Emails, phone calls and even a personal visit to the seller in his nursing home. Tiana instills confidence and shows concern for every family member. Even after the sale Tiana still keeps in touch and rang to see how we were all feeling. Selling your family home after 60yrs isn't easy, but Tiana eased our concerns and was very empathetic with how we were feeling. Wonderful, wonderful service and care from a very beautiful young lady.
