Dave and I felt very confident in Tiffany's knowledge and experience. We had more more faith and trust in her than the agent selling our property. She was upfront with information she shared with us. A small thing like having us fill out a checklist form to submit alongside the contract of offer made the process very easy and comfortable that all parties where on the same page. We are very happy with our purchase and hopefully will not require an agent in the near future but we would highly recommend Tiffany to others.
