Purchase of two properties

I have purchased two properties from Tiffany and HayesWinckle, one in May 2020 and in the process of purchasing a second property in April 2022. Tiffany and her team are very professional, helpful and give honest feedback on properties with realistic price structure. On both occasions I have purchased privately (not auction) therefore had the opportunity to engage with agent and quick feedback and assistance both times. The process from sale to handover is professional and as I live some distance from the Geelong area currently they have been accommodating in getting me through the properties for private inspection with short notice and around my schedule.
