I got worse advises, I could get from this agent. Firstly he told me to renovate my property. After putting so much of hard work, and listing my property in their premium price, I never heard any good thing about this property. He pushed us so much that I stopped talking with this agent. He was sweet to talk to get the business and sold my property in worse price that I could imagine one will sell. 6/3 kingfisher st Ingleburn sold at the same time for 455K and he sold my property in 392K. He is arrogant, and very unprofessional. He and his team also screwed the transaction by their miscalculation on down payment. Every time, I raised my concerns he does not want to listen our side of story. As a young family, he basically took over our house and hand over to somebody in damn cheap price! All it is because of we continuously trusted him.

Tim is resourceful agent with willing to achieve vendor to get right price, he helps and advice us since day one, until our property sold. Not only that, he advised and sharing knowledge which helps us to find right property. What a wonderful person to deal with.
