I have dealt with a large number of real estate agents in my time however I have to admit being a first time seller of real estate in Ballarat I felt somewhat uneasy with the unknown. Plus living myself in Melbourne the distance away from my property added to me sense of unease!! However Tim made the process so simple and easy.
