I was extremely happy with the effort Tim put in to sell our house in a difficult market environment. There was nothing Tim wouldn't do to help progress the sale. For example, Tim showed two prospective buyers through the house outside normal business hours. After every inspection Tim would immediately provide feedback that gave us confidence that it was only a matter of time before a sale eventuated. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Tim.
