We found Tim to be very responsive anytime we reached out with a query and his warm, approachable manner put us at ease during the sometimes stressful process of purchasing our new home. His knowledge of the local area and the home itself was evident from the start and he seemed proud to be selling the property as if it were his own. Navigating our way through the numerous forms of correspondence was quite overwhelming at times, however Tim made it clear he was there to assist us with any query large or small, and he always followed up his words with action. Having previously had a very mixed (mostly negative) experience with agents during the several months of house hunting, we were pleasantly surprised by Tim's personable and professional approach. We immediately felt heard and that our needs were of particular importance to him. This meant we were able to quickly build a rapport and a level of trust, rarely experienced, if at all, with other agents.
