Great confidence good skill

I found the service and help we received by Tim Bartlett to sell our property to be outstanding and I would recommend Tim to my family and friends.

I've appreciated Tim's approach to selling me a house. He has been very professional and knowledgable but also approachable and I've had a sense that he's concerned that I'm getting a house that really suits me and that I will be happy in.

We have no hesitation in recommending Tim as a very competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent for anyone wanting to buy or sell a property or looking for a property manager. Having previously bought and/or sold seven properties through Tim and had several properties managed by him, there was no hesitation in asking Tim to sell our current home. Unlike our previous properties, our home is quite unique and there were no sales of similar properties in the area in the last 8 eight years that could be used as a price comparison. In spite of this, Tim did extensive research and arrived at a surprisingly accurate sale price. Overall we were pleased with the result and very happy with Tim's sales campaign, communication, honesty and professionalism.

Tim was very proactive in following up and keeping in touch with me before signing agreement and we achieved a price I was happy with - 10k above asking after first open home. The marketing photos were also of high quality. Tims assistant was also very accomodating with styling for photos and open house. There were a couple of small disappointments along the way with organising/following up with pre listing property improvements/tradies and dealing with tenant which were left with me instead of being managed more by Tim and the team. Also, did feel that once i listed, the main communication I had was with Tims assistant, Hannah. This was where the bulk of the time was spent as once listed Tim was able to achieve a quick sale at a good price. Overall am happy but just didnt get that warm and fuzzy feeling of being an important customer during the preparation phase. I am probably a bit high maintenance and had a lower value property that was a bit out of their key market area so understand Tim has to prioritise where his time is spent and delegate where possible.
