This is the 2nd time I have purchased a property and I can tell you that dealing with Tim and his team at Fletchers was a breeze compared to the agent I had to deal with nearly 5 years ago. From the word go Tim was completely honest about the property including some slight asbestos and never once tried to cover anything up.
