Tim was excellent to deal with right from the beginning. I had been looking for my first home for over 1.5 years and 'the one' finally came up. I contacted Tim who organised an inspection immediately during the week and took my offer to the owners. Following some fair negotiations, my offer was accepted and the property sold. Tim had excellent communication and was honest and true to his word throughout. I promise you won't experience fair treatment from any of the agents working for big companies! I was kept informed during the cooling off and settlement period and all my questions answered to quickly. It was a hassle free experience and professional throughout. I highly recommend Tim to anyone buying or selling a property.
