This is the 2nd time I have purchased a property and I can tell you that dealing with Tim and his team at Fletchers was a breeze compared to the agent I had to deal with nearly 5 years ago. From the word go Tim was completely honest about the property including some slight asbestos and never once tried to cover anything up. He definitely isn't one of those agents that will tell you what you want to hear. No matter what time of day it is Tim is always available to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to buy off Tim again. It's hard to find agents like Tim but I am pleased I have.
