Exceeded my expectations!

Tim Bartlett and his assistant Tanya were an absolute pleasure to work with in selling my Wollongong unit recently. I did extensive research of real estate agents in the Wollongong area and I'm happy to say that Tim and Tanya totally exceeded my expectations. Every part of the process was managed professionally, the timeliness of communication and updates were just right. Some of the things that impressed me was the efficiency in getting photography and marketing done and the marketing strategy generated significant interest in the property. Only two open house events were required, contracts were emailed to interested buyers immediately by Tanya at the open house. I was updated soon after each open house ended. It took us just 8 days to sell the unit and the price exceeded the initial range we had set. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Tim at Bartlett and Co.
