I'd been looking for a home for three years when I attended the open house for the unit Tim sold me. I'd met a lot of real estate agents and to be fair I was a little wary, but even when I really loved the property, it seemed something always held me back from purchasing. I could have purchased many times but I didn't. Tim's professionalism and ability to connect and tap into what I needed was really unique. Purchasing a first home had felt daunting in the past but with Tim it just felt easy and right. I knew I loved the unit straight away but I'd been there before. I can honestly say it was his persistence, availability and genuine desire to me to help buy a home which made it happen. I actually wonder if I hadn't come across him as an agent that I would still be looking and not settled in my beautiful home. He's a great person and a great agent with very high standards of how he conducts himself and that was extremely reassuring to me. It consequently didn't surprise me at all when I read his previous reviews. He can make things happen. I will be recommending highly.

Tim was attentive and helpful. He stayed in touch with updates and worked hard to encourage interest in our property. Tim was flexible around the needs of our family. It seemed he really went in to bat for us in order to get the price we wanted which was difficult in the current down in the market.

Having dealt with a number of personel from LJ Hooker East Gosford it is obvious that they are doing something right. All their staff from Mark who showed us the property initially, Tim who held our hand through most of the process, Di who saw the financial part and Peter who took us through the house for the last inspection, were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Having dealt with 3 months of the realestate 'persuasive devices' it was so refreshing to come across Tim, an agent that was genuine, helpful and not 'out for the sell'. He was highly proactive and conducted the negotiation process quickly and very fairly, at no time did we feel uncomfortable. Even until today after settlement Tim is still on call for any questions we have. Can't recommend LJ Hooker East Gosford enough especially Tim! Tim took charge of the sale of our house some 4 weeks after we had put if on the market with another colleague of his. Straight away he displayed very nice manners and a great "can do" attitude. On his first open house he managed to initiate two definite offers and raised them both to the reserve price we were expecting. He wrapped up the sale by the following Friday. We definitely appreciated his professionalism, his communication, his gentleman manners and his fantastic enthusiastic attitude. Well done Tim !
