Personal service, in a boom real estate market

In this current boom market, real estate agents are more time-poor than ever. HOWEVER, Tim went out of his way to respond to our queries; to check in with us on a regular basis; to make sure that everything was on track; also, to provide exceptional after sales service (and a goody bag that we very much enjoyed, thanks Tim). His calm, professional manner had us all behave like reasonable people, instead of like animals in a real estate feeding frenzy. Tim had the skills, knowledge and confidence to not just get the job done, but to do it well (and somehow leave everyone feeling good about it). A true gem.
