Overall we were happy with the way Tim conducted the campaign. The only disappointment was that he originally was enthusiastic that we might get $2m plus for the property if the right person "fell in love with it". This proved to be significantly over-optimistic and after three price reductions we eventually sold for $1.525m - almost 25% lower than our initial hopes.

Overall service was pretty good. Only disappointment was initially giving us false hopes on the price we might get and therefore the time it took to sell the property, which involved three price reductions, eventually selling for 25% less than the price the agent first suggested that we could achieve.

Having decided to sell we had a number of agents to choose from and whilst Belle are located in Blairgowrie our research led us to them as the best Agent for our Sorrento property. Correct choice.

As a buyer of a property, we found Tim to be an excellent agent, transparent, polite, and good communicator.
