I contacted a few agents in the area and decided on using McGraths after meeting with Tim . Tim presented a marketing strategy to which I agreed on behalf of my mother Iris . The sale of the property started off as expected and within a few weeks we had a buyer . Upon sale of the unit an inspection was required to which we found a white ant infestation and the sale was withdrawn . We then had contractors in to rectify the white ant problem and Tim continued to market the property . At no point did Tim let the above situation diswade him from his marketing strategy . He informed all prospective buyers of the prior white ant problem and showed the appropriate documentation to inform them that the problem had been dealt with accordingly . As I work overseas Tim kept me in the loop via emails etc as to potential sales etc . Tim went on to sell the property and I would have absolutely NO hesitation in referring Tim as an agent . I now consider Tim to be a friend to myself and my Mum due to honesty and integrity . Thanks Tim and hoping to catch up when next on the coast for a coffee etc . 😊👍

My mum did know Tim before she had wanted to put her house on the market she meet Tim when her neighbour was selling her home though Tim , he asked to come into mums yard to take some photos of her neighbours property. And from then Tim use to send mum a Christmas card each year for over ten years . He is the most down to earth guy I have the pleasure of meeting when my mum decided to put her house on the market . We did not even look a other realtor as Mum knew Tim was the best person for the job . Mum house sold in the first open house and only being on the market for a few days . As she had purchased a home on the Sunshine Coast . So if you are looking for someone to sell your home Tim is your guy .
