Pleasant and easy to deal with
Tim sold my investment property and from the outset was pleasant to deal with. he was also honest with all the costings involved and offered good advice and what advertising strategy to take. During the settlement process Tim kept in contact with me to advise and what stage we were at and he organised tradesmen to deal with some minor items raised in the Engineering report. I would use Tim again if selling a property.
