After completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Property Economics, Tim began his career at Jones Lang Wotton, a multi-national property firm.
Tim was responsible for the majority of original sales in many of the prestige buildings in the Sydney CBD. After a long career in the Multinationals and upon reaching his personal goal of being a Director in a Multinational. Tim decided the time was right to begin a new direction with long term business associate and friend Travis Reeve, a short time later in 2004 Vanguarde Estate Agents was launched.
