Tim was quite upfront and honest in our dealings with him. We have found no surprises with the property, it is as he described. As the property is a little outside the norm, not just a 3 bed home on a quarter acre, it does have it's quirks and slightly unusual features. So it is comforting that there have been no surprises which means it feels like home straight away. We would recommend Tim if you are considering buying or selling in his area.

Tim was very easy to get along with and went above and beyond throughout the whole process of buying a property.
We only really spoke to Tim a couple of times so difficult to rate his skills and knowledge - his colleague Karen gave us a virtual tour of the property and gave us lots of information. Tim was always polite and courteous when we did speak with him though. After our virtual tour we flew up to check the property out in person but no-one met us there. Everything went through smoothly though so happy with that.
