For me, I feared buying property would be daunting, pressured and rigid... but my experience with Tim was the opposite. He was also able to link me up with other key contacts in the area for things like Shed builds, erecting fences, and was able to share valuable insights on schools and many other things to help ease settling in the area. His salesman-ship was excellent except for the one he was selling to who turned out to be quite difficult and rather unrewarding in requests.
