My partner and I had the privilege of meeting Tim at one of the many inspections we attended. Although that house was not the one for us, Tim was very friendly and accepting that it didn't meet our needs. Fast forward a few weeks and we meet Tim again (he remembered our names!?!) at a house pushing the limits of our budget but ticking all the right boxes. We were upfront with Tim about what we could afford and how much we loved the house. As it was our first time bidding at an auction, Tim coached us on how to bid to improve our chances at auction. We stuck to his advice and we got the house! I will be forever grateful for the advice provided by Tim - he is exceptionally knowledgeable, very approachable/personable and was one of the most honest & upfront of all the agents we dealt with. I would highly recommend Tim! He made my partner and I feel comfortable spending that bit more for a house we love!
