I had originally engaged another agent. After 3 months with no success I contacted Tim. He was very gracious as I had spoken to him originally. In three days he had the place sold, at a slightly higher price than our original agent had tried to get us to drop down to.

Rang Tim on a Sunday as I drove past the property to organise an inspection. Had the inspection on the Tuesday. He was honest about the property and that it had been on the market for quite some time and the owner wanted to sell. He informed me of the history of the house pricing and the range the owner would accept. That made it easy to negotiate a price. Good job Tim.
