Tim was most helpful in answering questions about the property and arranging a special inspection time for us to view the place in detail. Once we had agreed on a deal he was a little pushy about getting paperwork signed and the holding deposit paid but we had delays at our end with a slow solicitor. I believe all parties are happy with the overall outcome.
