Exceptional As Always

I thoroughly enjoying having Tim & his extremely professional team sell our property and would highly recommend him to both family & friends. I enjoy my interactions with him, I like how humble he seems but also with a quiet, strong confidence that makes you feel like he knows what he’s doing and also wouldn’t be easily pushed around in negotiations, which I think is pretty essential in getting a good result. The first time we sold with Tim I wasn’t in a position to be very involved at all & he took care of everything, it was amazing & we felt we could trust him at every step of the way. The second time we were more able to be involved and Tim was respectful & responsive to our ideas & thoughts whilst confidently steering us in the best direction for a sale. So he is great for any prospective client really, and his whole team for that matter. Honestly we couldn’t recommend Tim more highly & we also appreciate how much money he makes us;)
