Tim recently sold our house in Torquay and he did an excellent job. Tim’s initial estimates of sale price and time to sell proved very accurate. We decided to have some painting and gardening done before marketing the property, Tim and his team arranged all of this for us. Similarly, with the Styling furniture ( which looked great), Tim arranged the quote and installation arrangements. I was very pleased with the regular progress updates from Tim and his team. Finally, Tim was very good in giving advice during sale negotiations and this was valuable. I strongly recommend Tim to anyone selling a property in Torquay.
