We sold a property remotely from Melbourne and had little time to put in to the process. Tim dealt with extra issues like arranging ground maintenance painting and replacement of a window. Tim's understanding of market value was spot on and we always felt Tim was on our side and not just trying to make the sale. Highly recommend him.
