Tim was always available to discuss any of the aspects of our sale. His genuine and helpful personality led us to make decisions that would benefit our sale. Tim was never pushy or dictatorial in his advice and we always felt he was trying to help us. His connection to the community and other colleagues would benefit anyone trying to buy or sell. We have used Tim now for 3 separate purchases and sales and would not choose any other real estate agent in the future.
