We had owned this land for many years, but it had various restrictions which limited its usage and development potential. After it was offered for sale privately for a period of time without much enquiry, Tim then recommended that marketing it more widely, concluding with a fixed Auction date would likely generate more interest. And this happened. The advertising drew interest from several parties both local and Melbourne based and he was able to negotiate a good price with a quick settlement before the auction.
