Tim is the gentleman of Real Estate. He is always polite, he spends the time getting to know what you want (he listens), he's calm and patient and very understanding to your individual needs. The whole experience with Team Cooper was amazing. They answered the phone immediately and if not, responded very quickly. Always smiling and friendly on the other end of the phone or in person. A shout out to MG Settlements as well. The 2 teams work seamlessly together. Thank you to Tim and his very talented team for everything you did to help me find the home that suits all my needs.
