Tim was great to work with, was a clear communicator, and kept me updated very well during the campaign - all of which was done remote as I was not in the area (we never actually needed to physically meet). He has a proactive bullish approach which gets results. We had a challenging scenario of tenants with a long lease who needed negotiation to get out, and even though it ended up being an investor buyer he was proactive in his approach to the tenants. The only improvement we needed to make during the campaign was having photos retaken, to add more value to the marketing, which Tim had done at no extra cost to us. We got the price we were looking for, before auction and with a short settlement, so we are very happy. Definitely would recommend Tim as a selling agent.
