We were anxious about selling during such a time, however Tim went above and beyond. He worked late and all weekend if required to accommodate any potential buyers. Tim and his team originally pitched in a very informative way. Coming prepared with printed comps, area profile and more. They were very honest and approachable. When the campaign was doing badly they stated so and did not sugar coat it to keep us happy. Whilst having this attitude they still did their best to keep a smile on our faces throughout. As each hurdle came they were attacked quickly and expertly. Turning a campaign around from starting with only 2 showing on the opening weekend up until a 4 way bidding war prior to auction day. Although at times Tim and his Agents working for him were not synonymous in their communication I believe they were able to read my wife and I as buyers and understand that we were ok with this and understood how hard they worked and their best efforts were always at play.

Tim organised everything quickly and professionally , photos were Monday and 1st open day on Wednesday which sold my townhouse . You can’t get better than that . Thanks to Gavin too , everyone was supportive and kept in close contact , I can highly recommend Tim and his team at McGraths 🤗
