In choosing a real estate agent to sell my investment property, professionalism, good communication, a strong strategy based on a deep understanding of the industry and flexibility to pivot based on market response were key priorities for me. After meeting with a few agents, I chose Tim and his team because it was clear from the outset they had all these qualities in spades. After a few discussions to understand my expectations and discuss options Tim and I developed the strategy for sale, part of which was to spruce the property.
