Tim's integrity during the whole process of selling my home took the stress out of the equation, I still can't quite believe it. I witnessed a highly professional team at work who were also friendly and reassuring during the entire process. They delivered a great result, thank you!! I can highly recommend Tim and the team at McGrath Manly.
Tim and his team kept us accross the process at all times. We had a regular flow of emails, that allowed us to know what stage the process was at, and when we hit any hurdles, they made us aware of what the hurdle was and what options we had.
Tim's credibility was never in question from day one. The whole process was transparent and managed in a professional and friendly manner. At all times we knew the exact situation with our house in the sales process. This is a credit to not just Tim but the team he has backing him up. I received updates on a daily basis from the team (especially Kirsty - fantastic effort) that were factual & precise ensuring that never at any stage of a major event , like selling a home , was I in any doubt that the right people were looking after our interests. I would never hesitate in recommending Tim & his team to anybody considering appointing a professional Real Estate team. Major sale , from start to finish - wrapped up in under 3 weeks ! Can't thank them enough. Simon.
I was very happy with the service provided by Tim and his team with the sale of my Narraweena property. Tim delivered a result beyond my expectation. His fees were competitive. He was respectful of my wishes. He was responsive and diligent throughout. I have recommended Tim and his team to friends and family since the sale. He would be my first choice should I need an agent to sell a property on the Northern Beaches again.
Tim and his team were always professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the sale of our property. We decided to use Tim after purchasing the property from him a number of years earlier and were not disappointed. A very big thanks to Tim and the team.
In August 2014 we put our property up for sale by auction with Tim Cullen and his team. Tim came highly recommended to us and as such we had high expectations. Selling your home is a very stressful time for most but thanks to the sales campaign that Tim had in place together with communication which seemed to be available 24 / 7 the whole process was seamless, right down to the end negotiation. This was capped off by a cold bottle of Moët given to us to take home and celebrate. All in all a "class act". We would not hesitate to recommend Tim to any one looking for advice and direction or for those clearly ready to go to market.
Tim and his team delivered a fantastic result for us on the sale of our house. But what was most impressive was that he consistently did what he said he was going to do - be it a phone back, a written update on the campaign or passing on details of a good painter or carpenter. Tim brought credibility to the sale process and his polite and friendly manner was appreciated by us. Tim and his team gave us confidence that the campaign was run in a focused, consistent fashion and their market knowledge was second to none. We recommend you contact Tim if you are considering the sale of your property as he will give you an honest appraisal and he will run the campaign exactly as he describes it to you - and work really hard on your behalf. Thanks Tim and team.
I would like to thank Tim Cullen & his very competent team from McGrath Manly who acted in a most professional & thorough manner from start to finish promoting & selling my home in Churchill Crescent - Allambie Heights.
Tim Cullen and his team were fantastic at arranging the sale of our property. From the very first meeting to the final negotiations the whole team kept us informed as to what was going on, what was needed and were contactable any time of the day. Nothing was too much for them. They were all so helpful and full of great advice as to how to prepare your property for sale. I would recommend Tim and his team to any person wanting to sell their home in a friendly and professional way. Thanks Tim and the team! Lisa Jensen.
I don t believe we could have had a better one. We had helpful preparation tips and the whole support team was excellent and very pleasant and Tim was always available and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the whole expereience and certainly would use them again.
