In choosing a real estate agent to sell my investment property, professionalism, good communication, a strong strategy based on a deep understanding of the industry and flexibility to pivot based on market response were key priorities for me. Ultimately of course selling an investment property is about getting a great financial outcome. As the campaign progressed it was clear the strategy had delivered and on Tims recommendation we switched from a private treaty sale to an auction, which was held at the property. Multiple bidders competed back and forth which resulted in a very healthy sale price. I honestly could not be happier with the service and outcome Tim and his team provided and I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation.
